About the Owner
Her Story
Day White, LMT has had a spirit of reaching out to assist with the much needed healing this world so desperately needs. After spending some time in China and returning to the United States, she discovered the lessons she had learned from the eastern medicine she had encountered while being there could be incorporated in the western medicine she receives in her home country, making for a better health care plan for patients. Inspired by this knowledge she started her practice to assist clients in holistic care, working with clients to assist in maintaining top performance in life.
Day graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelors in Rehabilitation Science in 2019 and continued to the Columbus School of Medical Massage, graduating in 2021. During that same year of 2021, Day received her license through the State Medical Board of Ohio and her Georgia license through the Georgia Board of Massage Therapy in 2022. Continuing growth to be of assistance Day has since expanded her knowledge base to include energetic facilitation with many different modalities utilized to help clients reach peak performance.
