About the event
Indoor and outdoor conversations for higher level thought processes as we navigate resetting the nervous system to help with the epigentic trauma the DNA has endured.
Every conversation will consist of an example of a modality that can be utilized as a tool in the assistance of this reset. Including but not limited to sound healing, meditation, breath work, affirmations and more.
